The 6-Step Manufacturing Process

We source recycled wood fibers (sawdust) and Pure HDPE plastic. This sustainable sourcing cuts down on deforestation since no fresh timber is required.
⚗️ Precision Mixing
The materials are mixed to the perfect ratio to ensure rigidity and flexibility.

🔥 Extrusion (Shaping)
The mixture is melted and pushed through a mold (extruder). This gives the board its shape (fluted panel, decking) and creates the realistic wood grain texture.
❄️ Cooling & Cutting
The hot boards are cooled via water baths to harden. Then, CNC-guided cutters slice them into precise, consistent dimensions for seamless installation.
🎨 Surface Finishing
Protective coatings are applied to make the surface:
- UV-Resistant (No Fading)
- Scratch-Resistant
- Hydrophobic (Water repelling)
🌍 Quality Testing
Before leaving the factory, every batch undergoes water absorption, UV exposure, and mechanical strength tests to meet international standards.
